All moms NEED mom friends. Not just friends that are also moms. Moms that have similar beliefs and parenting styles as you is pretty much mandatory unless you just want you kids to play, and that can be ok too!
Today Nora and I went to meet up with one of our mommy friends that also birthed at Inanna. We love her! We went to the square and Nora and Henry kinda hung out while Ali and I talked about, um well birthing and babies. I think we are both certifiably obsessed with birth. It was fun to have someone to gab with and for Nora to man handle :)
Also, I got Nora some more touch books. The other day I was reading her Pat The Bunny and she was interacting with the book all by herself! I guess me reading it to her 9832 times imprinted in her little brain. Aw! So cute to watch her pat the bunny and scratch the daddy's beard.
